Deck the halls…on a budget! Learn the art of transforming charity shop finds into covetable contemporary home accessories and gifts with inimitable creative duo, leading British furniture artist, Posh Chalk founder, Solly-Jo Moore, and Sarah Parmenter of RelovedMCR.
Join Solly-Jo and Sarah for a day (or two) of creativity, fun and festive fayre at Posh Chalk’s HQ in Leeds.
Guests will learn to recreate stylish, on-trend designs on a variety of thrifted items, including vases, crockery, lamp bases and books! You’ll choose from carefully curated designs by Sarah and Solly-Jo to achieve an effortless collection of cohesive objets d’art!
Learn the art of raised stencilling, textured metallic effects and application of WoodUbend decorative mouldings using Posh Chalk products… and take away your masterpieces which at the end of the day!
Suitable for enthusiastic, hands-on beginners and/or those who are already keen up-cyclers, guests will learn about the products and techniques we use to create luxurious, professional looks on a budget.
Choose from TWO different workshop events (£95 each) or book onto both at a Weekender discount: £180.00.

Pimped up books! Take a big old chunky charity shop book and create a modern masterpiece! Using raised stencilling, mouldings and decoupage techniques, you’ll walk away with a personalised piece of art!

About Solly-Jo Moore, Posh Chalk UK
Creative entrepreneur, Solly Jo Moore, is the founder and in-house artist for the amazingly successful Posh Chalk Artisan Range and WoodUbend Mouldings. Solly-Jo’s business has a company HQ in Leeds, but supplies premium products to artists and upcyclers right around the world.
Solly-Jo is an established artist and furniture upcycler in her own right, known for her trademark blending technique.
About Sarah Parmenter, RelovedMCR
Renowned professional furniture artist, Sarah Parmenter, is known for her textured, eclectic style and unique “glamour with an edge” aesthetic. Sarah’s work has gained notoriety via celebrity clients including TV designer Laurence Llewellyn Bowen, and through media spotlights in publications including The Observer Magazine, The Sunday Times, Real Homes Magazine, Metro and Reclaimed Magazine. She can also be seen on the current series of BBC Money for Nothing programme, showcasing her creative designs for a national TV audience.
